Richard has worked in the rail industry for 30 years, starting out as a shop floor apprentice progressing to Head of Engineering . undertaking various maintenance optimisation, vehicle introduction and change management projects. passionate about delivering value added solutions that meet customers requirements with a high level of professionalism and satisfaction.
